Bringing people and God together in love.

Whether you're just beginning to explore faith or you've been a Christian for your entire life, we want you to grow closer to God and closer to others. Our church is wildly diverse in terms of race, ethnicity, age, socioeconomic status, education and religious background. So, wherever you come from, you belong here.

I Pray...that all of them may be one, father... that they may be one as we are one --- I in them and you in me --- so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you send me and have loved them even as you have loved me. John 17:20-23

CULTURE CODE

What is “Church Culture?” Church culture encompasses the values, behaviors, language, beliefs, and habits of a church community. It is a set of shared assumptions that guide the attitudes, thoughts, feelings, and practices of church leaders and members.

Culture is something you feel. A healthy culture is like oxygen. It nourishes and sustains people. It increases productivity and creativity. It accelerates mission and vision. It breeds joy and vibrancy. Unhealthy culture is like carbon monoxide. It suffocates and harms everyone it touches.

We care deeply about cultivating a healthy church culture. We want to see our leaders and members flourish. We want our church full of joy and spiritual health. We want to truly fulfill our mission of bringing people and God together in love.

  • Everything we do is motivated by all-out love for God, and unconditional love for each other. Without love, nothing else matters.

  • We are brothers and sisters in Christ. We are a family. We are one. All other identities are subordinate to our primary identity as followers of Jesus.

  • We believe that God has called each of us to personally commit our lives to Him and to one another. We are one body working together to advance His mission.

  • We believe in expressing our deep love for God through passionate worship, fervent prayer, and exuberant praise.

  • We come to serve, not to be served. We come to give, not to receive. We give generously and sacrificially to expand Christ’s mission to our world.

  • We hold ourselves to a high moral and ethical standard. We own our failures. We speak the truth in love. We extend grace.

  • We’re not married to our methods. We’re married to our mission. This makes us innovative, creative, nimble, and relevant.

  • God has no needs. His Church is filled with gifted people. We provide opportunities for people to discover, develop, and deploy their gifts to serve one another.

  • We are passionate about serving those who have not yet joined our family.

  • We honor those in authority. We honor our elders. We honor those who teach and preach. We outdo one another in honoring everyone.

  • We seek opportunities for the next generation to serve and lead. The mission of Jesus expands exponentially when all of us empower those younger than us.

  • We’re not afraid of difficult conversations. We see them as a growth opportunity that helps us better understand each other and accomplish our mission together.

  • We strive to holistically enhance the lives of those we serve -- spiritually, emotionally, professionally, physically, relationally, and in all aspects of their lives.

  • We bring our best every time. We love accountability and feedback. We love to improve. We’re coachable and teachable. We debrief and assess.

  • We long to see everyone flourish. We love to see people get healthy. We value passionate, vibrant, and robust spirituality.

  • We believe the truth sets us free. We care deeply about the life of the mind, the pursuit of knowledge, and the longing to learn.

  • We enjoy God. We enjoy one another. We take our mission seriously, not ourselves. We laugh a lot. We have a blast.

OUR VALUES

PASSIONATE SPIRITUALITY

Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.

Worship the Lord with gladness;

come before him with joyful songs.

Know that the Lord is God.

Psalm 100:1-3

PERSONAL COMMITMENT

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. Colossians 3:23-24

OUR LEADERSHIP >

LOVING RELATIONSHIPS

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching. Hebrews 10:24-26

SERVING IN STRENGTH

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen. 1 Peter 4:10-11
