Youth ministry

building the next generation

Youth Ministries at U-City Family Church provides opportunities for students in 6th-12th grade to know God, grow together, discover their purpose, and make a difference. We are all about having a ton of fun, serving others, breaking down barriers to the Gospel, and preparing the next generation to bring the kingdom. We meet weekly in Life Groups where we go deep in God's word and in relationship with each other.  We party at our monthly Catalyst prayer and worship nights and do a ton of large events throughout the semester.

We offer Life Groups designed for students to provide schedule flexibility and develop deep relationships.  These meet on a semester basis with the purpose of growing together.  Check out the Life Group Directory to find a Life Group that fits you.

We throw a huge party every First Thursday for our prayer and worship night! Come hang out with your Life Group, play games, worship, learn about who God is and how he is relevant. Anyone 6th-12th grade is welcome to join!

    First Thursdays @ 7:00 pm

Family Center (6358 Delmar Blvd, 2nd Fl., University City, MO)

Join Mr. Popo (our panda mascot) on the Dream Team and make a difference! Students can join any team and use their spiritual gifts to serve our church family. A special opportunity exists on Sunday mornings on the Lift Team, as men mentor younger guys in responsibility, character, and service. To join any team, please email

We join Restore St. Louis' Workday ministry each month to serve our neighbors through yard work, repairs, sharing stories, and light demolition!
